JEP offers basic to advanced training sessions on all products: generating sets, MV and LV switchgears and panelboards, synchronizing systems, control units, water treatment plants, etc. We have the ability to organize these training sessions at our premises, on-site, or at any location requested by our customers. 


As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, JEP provides operation and maintenance services if requested by our customers. Our team of skilled engineers assists customers in all matters related to O&M; JEP’s services extend from basic technical assistance to full services, including 24/7 management, operation, and maintenance of all diesel and HFO power plants.


All our supplied equipment and projects, once installed and commissioned, are managed by our After Sales Department on a product/customer database that uses a computer maintenance and management system (CMMS). The system enables computer-assisted preventive and corrective maintenance and follow-ups. Dedicated staff at our After Sales Department make sure all clients benefit from this service in the most reliable and efficient way.
